Fun science or STEM/STEAM activity for a fun lesson, like the end of term.
You will need: lots of scrap A4 paper (you can use more, but it’s a great way to recycle unneeded worksheets at the end of a term/year), scissors, tape and masses (you can use anything for this, but 100g masses work best).
There are a range of ‘events’ that you can time as long as you want (and you don’t need to complete them all). Students get points for Gold, Silver and Bronze for each event. Most points wins.
Fun lesson made for year 6 transition day, or a fun lesson for 5th November or July 4th. Includes some fun demos and possible flame tests practical. Videos for demos included in place of demos.
Includes a couple of fun activities from UPD8.
These were made on Google Slides, so if the videos do not work, there should be a link in the notes sections. It may also affect animations. If you purchase these lessons and want the Google Slides links please message me with the payment.
There are notes to aid teachers (and feel free to email me if anything is unclear).
There are worksheets as hidden slides (all to print to A4, unless stated otherwise).
Includes starters, practicals and plenaries.

Most resources were developed by myself, however there may be some pictures/slides from elsewhere over the years.
